The Luxembourg Competition Authority, represented by its President Pierre Barthelmé and its Senior legal advisor Serge Sandt, participated in the OECD Global Forum on Competition held in Paris, on 2-3 December.
The Forum brings together each year high-level officials from more than 100 competition authorities worldwide.
In 2024 the participants explored several topics:
- competition and inequality,
- cross-border mergers,
- global value food chain,
- and a peer review of Thailand's competition regime.
The next OECD Global Forum on Competition will take place on 4-5 December 2025.
