OECD Global Forum on Competition

The Luxembourg Competition Authority, represented by its President Pierre Barthelmé and its Senior legal advisor Serge Sandt, participated in the OECD Global Forum on Competition held in Paris, on 2-3 December.

The Forum brings together each year high-level officials from more than 100 competition authorities worldwide.

In 2024 the participants explored several topics:

  • competition and inequality,
  • cross-border mergers,
  • global value food chain,
  • and a peer review of Thailand's competition regime.

The next OECD Global Forum on Competition will take place on 4-5 December 2025.
