Freedom of establishment and freedom to provide services

In accordance with the Law of 24 May 2011 on services in the internal market, as amended, in particular by the Law of 19 November 2021 (Articles 24 and 25), the Authority may apply for injunctions to protect the collective interests of undertakings.

The Authority or a professional association is therefore entitled to file a summary application with the presiding judge of the chamber of the district court sitting in commercial matters with a view to stopping or prohibiting any act that contravenes the principles of freedom of establishment for service providers or freedom to provide services.
