The information gathered about you through this form is processed in order to proceed with your request. Responsibility for this processing lies with the Competition Authority.

The email address you provide when you sign up for the newsletter on this website will be communicated to a processor for the sole purpose of distributing the newsletter. The processor – the company 'Mailjet', based in Paris, France – is subject to the same legal obligations with regard to the protection of personal data. To prevent abuse of the system, you must confirm your subscription by clicking on a link sent to the email address you provided.

That information is kept for as long as it is required to achieve the purpose of the processing operation(s). Please contact the Competition Authority for information on the recipients of the data in this form.

You can unsubscribe at any time via a link provided in each e-mail or by contacting the Competition Authority's Communication Department. If you have any problems using the newsletter, you should also contact the Communication Department. Your data will not be kept for any longer than your subscription. Under the terms of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, you have the right to access, rectify and, where applicable, request the erasure of any information relating to you. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Additionally, unless the processing of your personal data is compulsory, you may, with legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of such data.
