DSA: The Commission Designates ChatGPT, Reddit, and Roblox as Very Large Search Engine and Very Large Online Platforms

Each of these services has at least 45 million monthly active users in the European Union.

They therefore meet the threshold to be designated as a Very Large Online Search Engine (VLOSE) and Very Large Online Platforms (VLOP), respectively.

As such, they now have four months to ensure that their platforms comply with the additional DSA obligations applicable to VLOPs and VLOSEs.
