The Authority attends a conference on competition law before the General Court of the EU
COMPETITION
On 25 June, the Authority’s President, Pierre Barthelmé, attended the conference ‘Competition Law before the General Court of the European Union’, organised by the Luxembourg Association for the Study of Competition Law (ALEDC) in Luxembourg.
This event, held at the offices of NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg, brought together practitioners and specialists in competition law alongside Mr Marc van der Woude, President of the General Court of the European Union.
Drawing on his extensive experience as a member and President of the General Court, he outlined the key developments in case law and the evolution of competition law before the General Court of the European Union.
