The Authority takes part in the International Conference on Competition 2026

This year’s conference was preceded by a pre-event dedicated to the 6^th Workshop for Younger Competition Authorities. The Authority greatly values its involvement in this forum, which brings together colleagues from emerging competition authorities worldwide to exchange experiences and perspectives on current enforcement challenges. With more than 70 participants from around 40 countries, discussions focused in particular on developments in food markets and efforts to combat bid-rigging.

President Barthelmé warmly thanked the Bundeskartellamt, as well as all speakers and participants for this valuable opportunity to strengthen international cooperation among competition authorities.
